The T2000-A75 utilises CCDI [Computer Controlled Data Interface]. This is a command protocol embedded in the A75 modem firmware to control the T2010 radio. The T2000-A75 is connected to a personal computer by a serial line using 5 standard RS232 signals. The T2000-A75 can operate in 2 modes, command & transparent mode. The T2000-A75 is ideal for connecting to third party telemtry or SCADA equipment such as Programmable Logic Controllers and has been used extensively with industry standard protocols such as Modbus. The Tooo-A75 has the following features:- - Transparent mode data, 1 character in = 1 character out - Transparaent mode auto start - Programmable programming tool - Internal mounting for clean install - Channel select via CCDI - Over the air compatibility with Tait Radio Modem and Tait Orca 5000
