General Model Information
The Yaesu Vertex/Standard VX-2100E series mobile radios are full featured FM transceivers, designed for flexible mobile business communications. The series is a suitable communications solution for a range of applications and showcase leading-edge design with an output power of 25w. With a MIL-STD 810 C/D/E/F classification, the rugged series can be used in a variety of tough environments, from extreme temperatures to vibration and shock.
Available in a variety of style and frequency alternatives.
Standard features include:
- Emergency
Allows the transmission of a silet alarm which can be sent to the dispatcher. Particularly applicable to lone workers. - Superior Audio
With a front facing speaker and 4w of audio power, communicating is possible even in noisy environments. - Wide Band Coverage
The VX-2100E series strives to give you maximum flexibility possible with the ultra-wide band coverage.
Other features include: Minimum of 8 channels, CTCSS, DCS sub-audible signalling, 2-tone encode, decode, DTMF ANI and D-SUB 15 pin accessory connector.
