ICOM IC-F7000 HF Transceiver

The ICOM IC-F7000 is an HF land mobile transceiver is a simple and efficient HF land mobile transceiver, which has been especially designed for long distance communications with a full 125w of output power. The IC-F7000 boasts versatile configuration with a controller and speaker which are separated from the main unit. Also, the size of the unit has been reduced meaning it can be installed almost anywhere.

Features include:

  • Selcall
    The IC-F7000 suses a unique calling address, similar to a telephone number which allows you to make a call directly to a desired station/group.
  • ALE Function
    With Automatic Link Establishment [ALE], the IC-F7000 will check frequency propagation and strength to automatically select the highest quality signal to ensure the best communication is possible.
  • Ample Memory Channels
    The HF transceiver has the ability to store 400 channels, 100 ALE channels, 100 telephone numbers, 100/120 Selcall and ALE IDs, 20 pagecall with up to 64 character messages and 20 ALE which includes up to 90 character ALE AMD messages.

Other features include: Selective beacon call, GPS position call, RFDS emergency call, large LCD display, general coverage receiver, automatic tuning antenna, digital signal processor, GPS input, external 32MHz reference input and voice/s-meter and call mute.

Supplied with: Hand microphone, 12V DC lead, user manual and transceiver/speaker mounting brackets.
