General Model Information
The Kenwood NXR-700 series digital base stations boast NEXEDGE technology which extends the life of current radio system assets and meets the needs of private enterprises. The major benefit of the digital technology is that it allows companies to gradually migrate their communications system as it is compatible with analogue radios. The NXR-700 series boasts a number of key features which combines the benefits of a base station and a digital communications system. Features include:
- System manager
This software enables USB secure key, activity monitoring, remote firmware and many more features. - Failsoft mode
If the trunking mode id disabled, the system moves back to conventional operation so basic communications can occur. - Programmable keys
Users can assign 6 programmable keys to key functions.
Other features include: FM trunked mode, FM conventional mode, digital conventional mode, repeater operation, 3w external speaker audio, flash firmware upgrading, programmable AUX I/O's, 2 digit LED display and meets ETSI standards.
Supplied with: Mounting bracket, DC cable, user manual and handle/screw set.
