General Model Information

The Simoco Xfin Base series showcases a completely new concept in conventional base station technology, combining the same IP principles that creates the centre of the XFin Blade series trunked solution that's software and IP controlled.

The Xfin Base series is fully digital and IP (with the exclusion of the analogue air interface), using VoIP to transport voice traffic. Fundamentally, each Xfin Base works on the same IP principles as a computer; giving each voice and data call an additional IP data stream, allowing PMR to be integrated into a single corporate IP network, using cost effective IP connection options such as ADSL and WIMAX.
