Talk Range

- Long Range - over 3km up to 8km
The exact range however, will depend on the terrain you operate in (hills, valleys, buildings etc.) and if they are to be used inside or outside of buildings.
Changes in government regulations now means that Short Range radios can be bought and used immediately without the need for a registered frequency licence. This makes the benefits of radio easily accessible to you.
Long Range radios are high power and so require subscription to an annual licence due to their use of more secure frequencies. Applying for your own licensed frequency is a simple process and Brabourne Communications Ltd will apply for and obtain the licence on your behalf. If you are already using radios and have a licence, then all we need is a copy of your licence with your order to program your new radios to your allocated frequency.
