The ICOM IC-M506 includes integrated AIS receiver, NMEA2000 connectivity as well as 'Last Call' voice recording and active noise cancelling. In additiona new and intuitive menu driven interface and large dot matrix display has been designed by ICOM to make the IC-M506 an easy and simple radio to, operate.. The optional COMMANDMIC allows the user to operate as a second station from upto 60 feet away. Features like DSC and AIS can be used in this way. The COMMANDMIC has the same intuitive interface as the IC-M506.
