The ICOM LHS01D-I2 d-shaped earpiece is made from a soft and malleable material with an adjustable boom microphone and robust lapel fitting PTT. Compatible with most ICOM radios with a 2 pin top socket. It also fits the following Yaesu Vertex/Standard radios:
- VX200
- VX500
Also compatible with Maxon radios with a 2 pin top socket.
