The Simoco Xfin Dispatcher showcases IP connectivity, allowing software controlled Dispatcher functionality from a standard LAN connected PC; providing a software package for the Xfin Base that is feature rich, with intuitive GUI, aiding in rapid and effective call handling.

Features include:

• Call Stack Information
  Boasting visual information of every incoming call on the main screen, the Xfin Dispatcher provides colour coding of call details in emergency, priority and normal categories. This allows staff to prioritise important traffic.
• Peer to Peer IP Connectivity
  Along with group working, the Xfin Dispatcher allows calls to be presented on multiple dispatch terminals at the same time. Displaying dynamic call status updates as soon as calls are dispatched.
• Flexible Team Working
  The Xfin Dispatcher allows each Dispatcher to be allotted to a team, despite their physical location. With individual screen profiles and call stacks, enabling you to aim specified traffic to specific traffic teams. With distributed database technology and IP connectivity, Dispatchers can be located wherever there is a network connection, providing a cost effective remote working solution.

Other features include: Security protected user accounts, individual/group profiles, touch screen, college ID, PC compatible software, distributed database technology, group calls, multiple dispatch groups, real-time call stack, call diversion, call history, phone list, 32 pre-programmed status messages and short data messages.
